Born into the contracting business, Leo’s 30+ years experience in home remodeling and years as the principal corporate officer have given him an extensive knowledge of multiple trades. He has significant experience remodeling older homes in the Richmond area and has earned the Class “A” contractor certification. Leo supports ethical business practices by adhering to the National Association of the Remodeling Industry’s Code of Ethics. He has been honored as the NAHB National Remodeler of the Year and the HBAV Virginia State Remodeler of the Year. Leo Lantz Construction is a NARI Accredited Remodeling Company.
